During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, mpoid requires completion of KYC verification. Acceptable primary identification documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or an international passport. Additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method, may be required at our discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
Each player may register and maintain only one Account. Duplicate accounts, whether created under the same identity or different identities, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, we reserve the right to close all related accounts, forfeit all balances and bonus funds, and void any associated winnings.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mpoid will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
mpoid accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, and major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted subject to current platform settings.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all standard MYR payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts for cryptocurrency methods are subject to the prevailing minimum transaction limits for the relevant network.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests submitted to Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, subject to KYC completion. Bank transfers via FPX are typically processed within the same business day. The Company reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal.
All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are applied to standard MYR transactions. Players depositing via cryptocurrency methods acknowledge that exchange rates and conversion are handled at the time of transaction and may be subject to market fluctuations.
Withdrawals may be restricted or delayed where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) active bonus wagering requirements have not been met; (c) a fraud or security review is in progress; or (d) the withdrawal request does not meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as published on the Platform.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mpoid are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a RM100 welcome bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires total wagers of RM2,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10%β20%). Specific game contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
mpoid reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where we reasonably believe a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements while minimising financial exposure, participating in bonus schemes from multiple accounts, or any other conduct that we reasonably consider to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance. Where no specific validity period is stated, the default bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of award.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the mpoid Platform. Specific game rules and sports betting rules are available within the relevant game or betting markets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mpoid Platform:
Violation of any prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the mpoid Platform β including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs β is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed third-party game studio partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written authorisation from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of gambling funds, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever reasonably practicable.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, acting reasonably, that:
Upon termination for cause, the Company reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all Bonus Funds, and withhold real-money balances pending the outcome of any fraud investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player following completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Company holds its gaming licence.

We are committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page shall be the version in force. All previous versions are superseded.
